Whoo who doesn’t love freshly baked bread? I am so glad I got to try this one out. I think kneading the dough a little longer would help the internal structure but all in all, I really like this bread toasted with butter and cinnamon.
Recipe :
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp instant yeast
3 cups flower
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
