Bake Bread with Me :Episode 1 -English Muffins|Whole Wheat and Oat English Muffins|Foodymechanic

Hello everyone. So this is my new series “Bake Bread with Me”. Hope you like it. Sorry i seem a little nervous…first time talking to the camera haha. Hope you join me and learn to bake bread with the help of this series. Do subscribe to my channel and give a thumbs up and leave a comment on the video.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE ENGLISH MUFFINS
(per serving i.e. 1 muffin- 139 calories)
Whole Wheat Flour – 100 grams
Oat Flour – 62 grams (you can make oat flour with instant oats in a blender)
Honey – 10 grams
Yeast – 4 grams
Egg – 1 no.
WARM Milk/Water – 100 ml
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
~NOTES
~1 hour and 40 minutes total proofing time.
~Divide dough into 6 balls weighing 50 grams each.
~Sear on a Hot Non-stick Pan for 2 minutes each side.
~Bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius .
