In this video, I have baked the 8-Hour Fermentation Bread and the 12-Hour Fermentation Recipe from the cookbook, Bread Baking for Beginners by Bonnie Ohara. I have also provided a comparison and taste test between the two loaves. Both loaves are simple to make, delicious, and very beginner friendly!
