Preparation Time – 5 mins
Cooking Time – 5 mins

Ingredients:
• Bread 8 to 10 Slices
• Onion – 1 (chopped)
• Tomato – 1 (Chopped)
• Green Chilies – 2 (Chopped)
• Carrot – 1 (small Size) (Chopped)
• Oil – 2 table spoons
• Mustard seeds – ¼ tea spoon
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves – Chopped
• Garlic 2 – finely chopped
• Mint leaves – 8 to 10
• Salt – ¼ tea spoon
• Curry masala powder / chicken / mutton masala powder – ¾ tea spoon
• Red Chilly powder – ¾ tea spoon

Steps:
1. Take bread slices & cut it into small pieces
2. Heat oil in a pan & Add mustard seeds
3. Add Curry leaves
4. Then add Onions & Saute for 1 min
5. Add Tomatoes & Saute for 1 min
6. Add Green chilies, mix well
7. Now add Carrots or any vegetables you want
8. Add some water
9. Now add coriander leaves, garlic, mint leaves
10. Add Salt, Curry masala & Red Chilly powder then mix well
11. Cook the vegetables for 5 mins
12. After that add the Bread pieces, Mix & Saute for 2 mins

That’s all you need to do, Our Bread Upma is ready to taste, It just requires 5 to 10 mins to cook this tasty recipe.
