Recipe: For 3-4 uttapas

Ingredients ::

——- * ब्रेड उत्तपम के लिए * ——-

• सफेद ब्रेड स्लाइस – 6 स्लाइस
• सूजी – 3/4 कप
• मैदा – 2 बड़े चम्मच
• दही – 2 बड़े चम्मच
• नमक – स्वादानुसार
• पानी – सम्मिश्रण के लिए
• पानी – स्थिरता के लिए

• प्याज – 1 बारीक कटा हुआ
• टमाटर – 1 बारीक कटा हुआ
• हरी मिर्च – 2 बारीक कटी हुई
• धनिया – 2 बड़ा चम्मच
• नमक – स्वादानुसार
• लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 छोटा चम्मच – (वैकल्पिक)
• जीरा – 1 चम्मच
• तलने के लिए तेल

——-* For Bread Uttapam *——-

• White Bread Slices – 6 slices
• Semolina – 3/4 cup
• All Purpose flour ( Maida ) – 2 tbsp
• Yogurt – 2 tbsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Water – for blending
• Water – for consistency

• Onion – 1 finely chopped
• Tomato – 1 finely chopped
• Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
• Coriander – 2 tbsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp – (optional)
• Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
• Oil – for frying
