Bread Roll is a good party snack made by stuffing spiced potatoes in bread slices. These are rolled and either fried or baked.

It is an interesting appetizer or even party starter recipe which would be appreciated by all age groups. It is simple and easy to make and can be made within minutes yet delivering a mouth-watering evening snack. To make the bread roll, I have used brown bread. You can even use whole wheat bread, brown bread or even white bread. Even a bread two to three days old works well.

. Salt – 1 tsp
. Green Chilli – 1 tbsp
. Coriander – 2 tbsp
. Brown Bread – 4
. Oil to fry
